Business Management Taught was 3 Things should be Top Most Priorities for any Business Organization. They are 1) Planet, 2) People, and 3) Profit. Any Business Organization Should Think about Profits, only once it has done Justice to Top-2 Priorities. That Creates Sustainable Businesses in the World. In this Direction, First Comes to Our Mind is the Planet. This Specific Management Insight describes How to Deal with the First Priority “The Planet”.
Protecting Environment: The Planet “Earth” Under the Atmosphere, There are Lives on Earth and There are Lives under Water, There are Lives Live in Air such as Birds. Hence, Our Planet Earth Should be Comfortable and Living Friendly to all these Species on Earth, Under Water, and in Air. Also Earth is the Only Place, as of Now, generations keep coming one after the other with respect to Living Organisms. Hence, It is Our Common Responsibility of Everyone on the Earth in Order to Protect the Environment for the Future Generations.
Contents on Earth: Earth Comprises Certain things such as Living Species, Animals, Biotic and Abiotic Components, Mines, Minerals, Organizations, Industries, Agricultural Fields, Crops, Transport Vehicles, Oil Wells, Natural Gas Resources, Several Man Made Things, Air, Different Gases in Air, Atmosphere, Environments, Ecosystems, Forests, Wild Life, Seas, Oceans, Rivers, Different Water Bodies, Circulating by Moon, Interplanetary Transport Vehicles, Monitoring Satellites, Sky, and Under the Sun. These are all several things present on Earth Surface, Water or in Sky.
Impact of Earth Contents on The Earth: All these Earth Contents have either Positive Effect or Negative Effect on Earth, as a Planet. Certain things are Making Human Life Good. Certain things are Harming Human Life. Certain Things are Scaring up when We Think about Future of Planet. It is Our, means, Human beings on Earth Responsibility in Order to Enjoy the Benefits of Earth, Subsidize or Suppress Negative Effect or Find out Solutions in Order to Provide the Planet Earth to the Future Generations. So that The Earth should provide Sustainable Living and Safe Living for Future Generations. It is Everyone’s Responsibility at Individual Level.
What Measures can be Take In Order to Protect “The Planet Earth”?:
- Control Pollution: This is in Our hand. Segregation of Waste, Gathering, Collecting and Treatment of Waste are Important. Automobiles to Use Global Standards for Emission in Order to Control the Pollution. Manufacturing Industry to Have Filtering of emissions wherever possible. Agricultural Waste to go for Energy generation rather than just burning it and Contributing to Corban emissions.
- Reduce-Reuse-Recycle: This should be the Philosophy for all Human Made Products. Human Made Products can be Reduced, Reused and Recycled. It depends on Which Material We are Using in Manufacturing the Product.
- Efficient Usage of Natural Resources: Judicious Usage of Natural Resources is very much Important in Order to Protect the Environment. Certain Natural Resources available in the world are going to be Exhausted within 90 to 100 years such as Oil, Gas, Iron Ore, Certain Minerals, and Copper as well (what about the future of Electrical cables). Hence, We need to used Natural Resources in an Organized Manner in Sync with Our Economy Size. Our Export/Imports also to keep these things in mind and do export/import business. They should be sufficient for our future national purposes.
- Segregating the Waste: As Japan is Doing this Efficiently, one can improve their awareness in this area, by seeing the global practices. Efficient Waste Treatment depends on our Waste Segregation capacity.
- Proper Waste Management: Landing fillings or Incinerations may not be the only way to deal with waste. Waste can be used to generate Power or any other products. Even RO Water can be made Out of Waste.
- Waste Generation-Storage-Collection: This should be Every day process at Municipal Corporations level. Otherwise this leads to biological disasters such as virus, bacteria or fungi development. In Order to avoid this, one needs to collect the waste and process it timely.
- Create Wealth from Waste: Several Metal products, plastic products, bricks, cement can be made out of solid waste from the society. This contributes to Environmental Protection and also Economic Development through development of Recycled Products. This itself is billions of dollars industry (recycled products industry).
- Educate Citizens as Much as Possible: Related to Pollution Control & Protecting Earth, educating citizens is very much important. This can Positively contribute in Controlling Pollution and Waste. Education about Pollution and Waste can propagate to next generations as well much ahead of time.
- Identify Global Best Practices: Global Best Practices can be there in Manufacturing Processes, Emissions Standards, Pollution Control Practices, Waste Treatment Practices, Waste Collection and Storage Practices, or in Segregating waste. These Practices can be Documented and Shared with Respective Global Stakeholders in Order to Protect the Planet Earth.
- Control Air, Water, Thermal, Noise Pollutions: This has negative impact over Human Health. Hence, this pollution has to be controlled with needed safety measures. For example, Keeping Factory Chimneys at greater heights, convert gas emissions into Liquid, Convert Liquid Emissions in to Solid, Keeping High Noise Industries away from residential areas, and conducting Environmental Impact Assessment, etc are to be done at right time.
Sustainable Future: For Sustainable Future, Educate from Childhood itself. Share Both Pros and Cons coming with Development to the Stakeholders. Emphasize Reduction of Negative Effect on Earth. Thus, One can care for the Planet Earth, Which is giving us Valuable Renewable Resources Year on Year. In Order to keep getting these Renewable Resources every year, we need to Protect the Environment and Protect the Planet Earth.
Hope This is Useful.
