Developing and Under Developed Nations who do not have money to Invest in Technology can Think about Using their Natural Resources efficiently in Order to Develop their Economies. One Approach is Do Something New in Environment that Contributes to Economy or Develop some Product Using Environment; Other Approach is Change the Way We deal with Environment That Also Further Contributes to Economic Development. This specific Management Insight describes Different Approaches in Dealing with Environment so that It Contributes to Economic Development.
- First Thing: Think about is there anyway We can get the Solar Energy from Thermosphere to Earth. Any Solar Energy Transmission Media can we Find out, which can transfer Solar Energy in Thermosphere to Earth. Because Thermosphere which is at 400 km distance is having 2000 degrees Celsius temperatures. Then Energy generation costs for the world will reduce Drastically for the countries. This can supplement different Industries in any country. (because already NASA rockets are passing through Thermosphere).
- Second Thing: Reduce Carbon Emissions, Green House Gas Emissions, CholorofluoroCarbons (CFCs) which are damaging Ozone Layer. This saves lot of Agricultural Economy, Salt Economy, Flooding, Water Lockages in Metro cities, Landslides, Mountain Avalanches. Because Ultra Violet Races coming via Ozone Layer Reaching Earth are Creating Certain Chemical Reactions on Earth. Reducing these gases Stops Economic Losses; and Can Contribute to Economic Sustainability and Growth.
- Third Thing: Use Less Chemical Manure in Soil in Agricultural Fields. Go for Natural Compost Manure which is decomposable; that is do Organic Farming. That Protects Soil Quality and Results into Better Production Yield. Use Less Chemical Fertilizers and More bio-compost. Then, Crop also will be better Nutritious and Higher Quality; resulting into Increased Economy. Here Fertilizer costs also can be saved, and no need to wait for fertilizer imports.
- Fourth Point: Use Renewable Energy Sources such as Wind, Solar, Hydro energy. Reduce One Time Extraction Resources such as Coal, Oil and Gas.This is Required for Sustainability and Future Generations.
- Fifth Point: Do Land fillings and Develop forests on Top of them; Reforestation increases Average Rain falls. Also Contributes to Forest Economy.
- Sixth Point: Recycle the Products such as Plastic, Glass, etc which take longer time to decay; Recycle Products if the Output can create Wealth through Different new byproducts.
- Seventh Point: Generate energy through biowaste, agricultural waste, municipal solid waste; this can make villages and cities self-reliant and self-sufficient. There are some cities generated power through this approach and even selling their surplus power to nearby manufacturing plants.
- Eight Point: Use Certain waste Such as Construction waste, Wood Waste, Fly Ash, Cement Ash etc again in Construction as construction material.
- Ninth Point: Convert Gaseous Wastes into Liquids, Liquid Wastes into Solids through Cooling Mechanism and Use it as raw material for some other purpose in same industry or in different industry or Selling it as a Different Product in Your Product Portfolio. For example, From Milk, we make and sell raw milk, curd, ghee, milk cakes, milkshakes, ice cream, milk powder, milk crème, milk biscuits, milk chocolates, and milk bread. Similarly, from Rice Mill, we get processed rice for cooking, broken rice for making rice floor or to use it in Making Dosa, Rice bran which can be fed to cattle and buffalos, Rice Husk which can be used as fuel in restaurants. Thus, we need to think innovatively with lesser Resources in Order to Create the Economy. Using Single Raw Material One Can Create Several Product Variants. Similarly, from Sugar Cane also several byproducts come. Only thing is We need to think through the process.
- Tenth Point: Use Geological Information, Knowledge, Weather Forecasting in Order to Protect Economy or to Create New Economy with New Ventures. So that timely actions can save lot of economy for the households and also to the nation.
Thus, above aspects do not need new heavy investments; we need to change our approaches in dealing with environment so that it Contributes to Economic Development. Some of the Aspects may need little investments for Economic Growth. But these measures Positively contributes to both Environment and also the Economy.
Hope this is Useful,
